Carnival – Mardi Gras arrival delayed

One of Carnival Cruise Line’s most anticipated ships, Mardi Gras, has canceled the first 8 cruises.
According to the new schedule, the ship will be delivered to Carnival by the end of October 2020 and the first passengers will depart from Port Canaveral on November 14, 2020.
Let’s remember, this will be the largest Carnival’s ship ever built which will feature the first roller coaster at Sea as well.
The announcement came on the same day that two Carnival ships collided in Cozumel.
You can see more about how this delay will affect the passengers who have already booked their cruise in the video below.

Back in the 1972, Mardi Gras was name of the first Carnival cruise ship ever, sailed for Carnival for over 20 years before being replaced by newer and more modern cruise ships.
